Alexanders Library had more than 500.000books and was a repository of the whole worlds knowledge.Euclid,Archimedes,Ptolemy studied there….Alexander chose Achilles,Homers Hero from the Iliad as his role model,when he reached the famous fierce Achilles tomb,he said,O Happy man,who founded one so illustrious to trumpet your name and write so nobly of you for posterity….
