Dr Avvai Natarajan,former Vice Chancellor of Thanjavur Tamil University(1992-1995) and retired Secretary to the State Government of Tamilnadu(1984-1992) has been appointed Vice-Chairman of Central Institute of Classical Tamil from March 1 for three years.The post was occupied by Mr Shashi Tharoor,Minister of Sate for Human Resource Department.His appointment is through the HRD-Hindu -Page 4,March 4th 2014
