Wonderful day,After long time attended slew of functions today with my Parents:
1)75th Birthday Celebrations of my Uncle Dr R Kumaravelan,versatile and Scholarly tamil Professor of Pachaiyappas College-Well versed in English,French and German and Research guide for more than 500 students and an avid chess player.His children Dr Punnagai,Malligai and Iniyavan celebrated his birthday with style and elan and in Jayapushpam Hotel in Koyambedu.Wish him more happy and prosperous years ahead.
2)Attended felicitation function of Writers Writer Kalaimamani Vikraman,who was recently awarded Dinathanthi Aditanar Award at Thakkar Baba Hall in T nagar.
3)Attended 3rd Memorial day of Kalaimamani Dharmapuram Swaminathan,acclaimed saiva tamil singer of fame,his high pitch melliflous singing swayed the tamil hearts and which was cherised by MGR and awarded him coveted titles at Sree Balaji Mandapam in Tnagar
4)Attended 75th Birthday day function of Dr R Janardhanam,Ex MLC and who had attended all the Tamil Conferences around the world and whose 50 years public services is around Tamil and Tamils at Presidency Club
