Chennai:Dravidar Kazhagam leader K.Veeramani has expressed shock at the sudden removal of Avvai Natarajan,the highly esteemed Tamil Scholar and former Vice-Chancellor of Tamil University,from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Central Institute of Classical Tamil Research here.The removal of a non-political person was a needless attempt to undermine the prestigious institution,he said.
