I invite your kind attention to the conversation that we had when I met you in your chamber regarding the functioning of the CICT. The Institution for promoting Classical Tamil was practically inactive during the previous Government. Hence I wanted your goodself to see that it becomes active. Shri. Avvai Natarajan a well known Tamil Scholar with reputation have been appointed as Vice Chairman but has not been given any responsibilities so far. I understand that the Director who is said to be the CEO of the Institution CICT who was in additional charge besides her Registrar post in IIT to my wonder she is given extra extension for one more six months. When I met you at Delhi in your Chamber I felt very happy that you have understood the problem and do the needful.
But it looks the bureaucracy does not bother about the situation prevailing in Tamilnadu. Our respected and most revered Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modiji, has condensed the wooden way of bureaucracy in his Kashmir speech. This is brought to your honorable self.
